Participants will post reviews on two activities that teach about some aspect of sustainability.

Task

Review two activities from the Center for Green Schools Sustainability Lesson Clearinghouse. http://www.greeneducationfoundation.org/institute/lesson-clearinghouse.html. Prompt: Consider content accuracy, pedagogy, application to standards including Common Core, quality of assessments, materials, feasibility and expression of something gleaned from the Plain Green conference. If possible, do at least one of the activities in your classroom and include a summary of the actual execution. Post the review to the discussion section. Please start a new thread for each review. Please include a link to the activity you are reviewing.

Learning Objectives

Participants will apply their understanding about sustainability to the classroom teaching to increase their capacity to teach about sustainability.
